Saguaro In The Desert is an art print I created using a fauvism oil technique. This technique uses abstract brush strokes and surreal colors creating a modern and contemporary look. The setting is the desert near Tortilla Flats which is just east of the Phoenix area up in the mountains. The Saguaro is indigenous to the Sonoran Desert and has become a trade mark for Arizona.
