Friday Harbor Fauvist is an art print I created using a fauvism oil technique. This technique uses abstract brush strokes and surreal colors creating a modern and contemporary look. The setting is the entry to Friday Harbor on San Juan Island. The island is located in the Strait of Juan de Fuca on the border between the United States and Canada (northwest of Seattle).
