The Chapel Door
"Tree and Chapel Door" is a sepia tone photographic art print of a tree and an old arched chapel door. The photograph depicts a scene of the front of an old mission chapel with a pine tree framing the composition. The intricacies of the wood carving on the door are from an era long gone. I used a sepia tone finish on the photograph for that old rustic look. The sepia brown tones originated with film photography as part of the process to develop the prints in the 1800’s. Today, we can recreate that same vintage look digitally. This type of wall art print lends itself to a rustic or old vintage type of interior decoration.
