This technique focuses on subtle brush strokes and colors creating a traditional look. The setting is the waterfront area of downtown Seattle, Washington. There are numerous piers for ferry traffic, cruise ships, fishing, restaurants and even the Seattle Great Wheel. The waterfront faces Elliot Bay which flows into the Puget Sound.
