Cedar Rapids Barn In Sepia is a sepia tone photographic art print of this old barn located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I came across this scene quite by accident. I was visiting family in the area and we were driving through a neighborhood of large homes on large properties. This area was fast becoming the place to be for upscale estates, when I saw this barn through the trees. I used a sepia tone finish on the photograph for that old rustic look. The sepia brown tones originated with film photography as part of the process to develop the prints in the 1800’s. Today, we can recreate that same vintage look digitally.
