Stables
Stables is a sepia tone photographic art print of an old barn located in the Amana Colonies. I was on a photo shoot of farms around the Amana Colonies in Eastern Iowa. I love the focal point of this shot, which are the stables of this large old barn. I used a sepia tone finish on the photograph for that old rustic look. The sepia brown tones originated with film photography as part of the process to develop the prints in the 1800’s. Today, we can recreate that same vintage look digitally.
