"Springtime in The Harbor" is a nautical art print I created using an impasto oil technique. This technique uses bold brush strokes and bright primary colors. The setting is a harbor lined by a New England fishing village. The harbor is a busy port for fisherman and other boaters. All around the harbor are docks and moors for the many boats that call the harbor home.
